The largest and most powerful of the Cool-Space evaporative coolers developed by Big Ass Fans, the Model 500 is equipped for expansive spaces like stadiums, warehouses, and service bays. A single unit delivers instant airflow that can lower the air temperature of these spaces by up to 33 °F (18 °C), offering cooling relief in a powerful but quiet unit.

The 500 model includes a 50” diameter fan (3x the size of the 300 model), a 64-gallon water reservoir, and a direct-drive motor with a convenient control panel, backlit LCD display, premium remote, and an occupancy sensor for hands-free operation. 

Each unit utilizes the industry’s most effective and longest-lasting cooling media. Chemically treated and coated in a thermosetting resin, this media not only evaporates more heat than the competition, but also resists the growth of algae and mold and prevents dirt and other particles from penetrating into the substrate. The Cool-Space 500’s Auto-Dry feature also maintains the unit after each use, extending the life of the cooling media and keeping your cooler in peak condition.

To keep the water supply of the Cool-Space 500 filled, all you need is a standard garden hose. The Cool-Space unit is conveniently portable, and its large internal reservoir can help it run for hours without being connected directly to a water source.
