The DT Tempering Table was developed by the pioneer of body tempering himself, Donnie Thompson, and produced by the design team behind the AbMat. It’s the first product of its kind, optimized not only for supporting athletes and heavy body tempering weights, but for convenient portability, storage, and adaptation to different body types.

Measuring 72” x 20” x 6”, the American-made DT Tempering Table features 5” of supportive rigid foam, 1” of high-quality plush foam, and a durable ripstop vinyl exterior. The top of the table includes a U-shaped cutout and headrest, keeping the spine straight while offering comfortable head and neck support. A removable 1-foot cushion can be reattached at any location around the table to serve as an extension for an arm/leg or as a kneeling pad for the person handling the body tempering. When not in use, the 15LB table folds in half for easy transport and space-efficiency.

The DT Tempering Table is a great companion piece to use with a set of DT Tempering Rollers, helping athletes get more out of their tempering treatments and putting an end to makeshift cushion set-ups.
