The RMT® Club by WeckMethod is a multipurpose, functional training tool designed to create a more integrated and athletic body from head to toe. Optimized for a wide range of swinging exercises, the RMT® Club can help improve any athlete’s rotational power, mobility, core strength, balance, coordination, and more.

Developed by David Weck, the inventor of the BOSU® Balance Trainer, the 21″ RMT® Club comes in four weight increments (2LB, 4LB, 6LB, 8LB), each with a 6” diameter head. This uniquely durable but flexible head, combined with a fixed reinforced handle, enables the club to withstand rapid, multi-directional swings at high intensity.* It also contains an internal shifting weight for dynamic resistance and audible feedback, which can be used to create and cue fluid movement patterns (no sound) or intense resistance when changing direction (sound).

The RMT® Club can be used as a beneficial tool for sport specific training, as well—from golf to baseball and everything in between. It improves shoulder strength and range of motion, hip and trunk rotation and power, forearm and hand strength, and overall swing mechanics. Many athletes also utilize the flexible head as a convenient roller for myofascial release.

*PLEASE NOTE: The RMT® Club can be used for striking, but only on a padded surface that is at least 2″ thick, such as a heavy bag, padded wall / floor mat, BOSU® Ball, etc). It should NOT be struck on rubber mats, walls, concrete, etc.
