Rocktape developed Hook Grip Tape in convenient, pre-cut 150MM strips so you can grab two, put them on, and get on with your business. There is no reason to let your bar’s knurling slice up your thumbs or to waste time cutting down long bands of tape to the right size. Hook Grip Tape solves the problem.

A roll of Rocktape Hook Grip Tape includes 32 strips—enough for 16 lifting sessions–and it’s approved for use at the highest levels of competition*. With the tape on, most lifters experience a superior overall grip, reduced wear and tear on the thumbs, and less time away from the gym nursing nagging wounds.
