Rogue’s Color Medicine Balls are individually constructed to the same specifications as our standard black medballs and are available in the same weight increments—from 4LB up to 30LB. The key difference is that gym owners can now choose from (9) additional custom colorway options, assigning any of those colors to any weight of med ball they choose. This not only makes it possible to match a set of medicine balls to the color scheme of a gym, team, business, etc., but also enables coaches to color-code specific weights for easier instruction and identification from a distance (i.e., all 14LB medballs could be red, all 20LB blue, etc.).

Regardless of its weight or color, each Rogue Medicine Ball measures the same 14” in diameter and includes a coated, scuff-resistant vinyl shell with double-stitched nylon thread seams. The interior filling is substantial enough to help the ball keep its shape over repeated use, but forgiving enough for athletes to safely stop or catch it at high velocity.
