Spud Inc. Lat Saw Kits

It looks like a medieval torture device, but the Lat Saw attachment from Spud Inc. is actually a precision, micro-adjustable new tool for working the lat muscles. The solid metal construction of the main unit includes incremental 1” rungs for attaching either a set of Cable Handles or Spud Inc. Dynamite Sticks. This allows athletes to quickly and easily switch between wide and narrow grips without having to replace any equipment. Different hand angles also enable more options for easing or increasing focus on the grip, forearms, biceps, etc.

Lat Saw w/ Deluxe Cable Handles: Spud Inc’s Cable Handles are built for daily abuse and are ideally suited for push downs and flys. They can also be hooked up to suspension straps for suspended push-ups or body weight rows. Each handle features a 6″ long steel grip with a textured rubber coating. A huge spring clip is included for hooking up chains for triceps, biceps and even chest presses. Handle Dimensions: 10” long, 2” wide.

Lat Saw w/ Short Fuse Dynamite Sticks: One of Spud Inc’s simplest and most compact handle designs, the Short Fuse Dynamite Stick fits in any gym bag, but still boasts a steel reinforced grip and tough rubber coating for long-term use. These are great for triceps pushdowns, curls, cable chest flys, machine rows, and more. Handle Dimensions: 14” long, 1.5 to 2” wide.
