The IronMind Two-Finger Utility Gripper, or IMTUG™, allows you to train one or two fingers at a time, at your choice of seven different strength settings. In this non-conventional design, the thumb is not excluded either; by training your pinch grip, you make sure that your thumb is working in powerful opposition to your digits for maximum holding strength and control.

Pocket sized and easy to use anytime, anywhere, the Two-Finger Utility Gripper is soft-tissue friendly, made from authentic IronMind Grip-Tech™ with ergonomically designed aluminum handles. The GR8™ Springs in the IMTUG utilize the same technology IronMind developed for its gold standard Captains of Crush. As such, the IMTUG can also be used in tandem with your CoC grippers, creating even more ways to train.

Choose an IMTUG based on the relative strength of your fingers:

• Thumb – weakest – use an easier IMTUG (1-2)
• Ring and Pinkie Fingers – moderate – use a medium IMTUG (3-5)
• Index and Middle Fingers – strongest – use a tougher IMTUG (6-7)

Choose an IMTUG based on which Captains of Crush Gripper you are training with:

• Guide or Sport – IMTUG 1, IMTUG 2
• Trainer or No. 1 – IMTUG 2, IMTUG 3, IMTUG 4
• No. 1 or No. 2 – IMTUG 3, IMTUG 4, IMTUG 5
• No. 2 or No. 3 – IMTUG 4, IMTUG 5, IMTUG 6
• No. 3 or No. 4 – IMTUG 6, IMTUG 7
