The Wall Amigo is a variation on the Classic Ab Amigo doorway sit-up bar, offering the same benefits in a more permanent, wall-mounted design–ideal for garage gyms and larger training facilities, alike.

Made in the USA from 1/8” thick steel, the Wall Amigo measures 14.5” across the footplate and features (2) 3/8” diameter holes spaced approximately 1-7/8” apart on center. These holes are designed for mounting the Wall Amigo to a wood stud with the included 5/16″ x 1-1/2″ wood lags.*

Once set up, the Wall Amigo creates a comfortable, padded foothold for focused, consistent abdominal training without the need of a spotter. By isolating the workout in your core, it also eliminates the need to use momentum in your sit-ups.

*Please Note that the hardware included with the Wall Amigo is designed for mounting to a wood stud. If mounting to a different surface such as concrete or aluminum framing, different hardware may be required.
